Resting bells, also known as standing bells, are traditionally inverted bowl-shaped instruments supported from below with their rim facing upward. Struck rather than hung, these bells are used in Buddhist rituals during meditation and chanting. Today, they are also valued for their meditative qualities in sound healing, yoga, and personal well-being practices.
