Order and Payment

We ship our items outside the EU under the conditions of DAP. This means that any additional import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. If you would like to know more about import duties, we recommend to contact the customs authorities of your country.

If you wish to purchase an item after your enquiry, it is possible to pay by credit card (Mastercard, Visa and American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, IDEAL and bank transfer.

Please note that there is an additional 3,5% transaction fee when using a credit card.

On most of the items the VAT margin scheme is applicable. This means that VAT is not calculated on the turnover, so not specified on the invoice.

However for additional shipping and handling inside the EU, 21% VAT is applied.

For non-EU countries, additional import duties and taxes may apply, for which the buyer is responsible.

Shipping and Handling

Most of our items require special handling to prepare them for shipping. We take packing very seriously and examine each object individually to determine how we can ship it safely. This means that we occasionally use custom-made wooden crates. We also have specialised transport insurance, so your shipment is covered from door to door. This is what we mean by additional (handling) costs on top of the actual transportation costs.

We want to offer you the safest shipping at the best price. That’s why we work with a variety of shipping companies, but mainly FedEx.
