Yellow-brown bronze usubata flower vase in 2 parts. A boy with long nicely detailed hair lifting the vase part of the usubata on his shoulder, marked at the back: Eizan. The top surface of the upper part of the vase silver inlaid with silver, depicting a phoenix bird and a paulownia tree twig. Very nice patina with some very light traces of age and use. The young boy has a soft and gentle expression. His robe is in many places silver incrusted with some abstracted decorations of waves, pine tree and a geometrical patterns.
