A bronze vase with a vaulted bottom, cylindrical body, flat shoulder and a short narrow neck. Multi-coloured patina, speckled brown, reddish and greenish.
In the style of the artist Hasegawa Gasen. The seal on the bottom is chipped away. The bottom inscribed in golden kanji (Chinese characters) ‘Kaminoyama’shi’ 上山市 (The city Kaminoyama).
Shōwa period (1926-1989)
