Large baluster-shaped enamel cloisonné copper vase in various colours, like glittery coral, dark blue, and soft pink. The lightly facetted body decorated with an interspersed design of stylized dragons and phoenixes in shield-shaped cartouches. Above which a broad band with a chrysanthemum and scrolling foliage design. The bottom and top finished with a copper rim.
The interior and bottom with a green and yellow mottled email.

In a very good condition with some traces of age around the lower part.
In many parts of Asia, when a dragon and phoenix are shown together, the two symbolize both conflict and wedded bliss.
