Nice polychrome metal okimono 置物 (decorative object) in the shape of a hawk 鷹 (taka). His wings spread wide, intimidating standing on top of a pine tree trunk 松 (matsu). The birds has a silver finish, and the tree trunk brown.
The sculpture is made up of four parts. The wings are held into place by a pair of screws hidden under the wing.
