Set of 2 identical window blinds (sudare), on the edges finished with purple white silk. Some signs of wear. Sudare are used in many Japanese homes to shield the verandah and other openings of the building from sunlight, rain, and insects. They are normally put up in spring and taken down again in autumn. Their light structure allows breezes to pass through, (from Wikipedia).

One the blinds missing one small piece of the border but overall in good original condition. (see pictures)
