Charming tall and heavy garden fountain, in three parts. The white coated lead figure is designed in the form of a cherub holding the horn of plenty, symbolizing the season of summer. The horn overflows literally, as the fountain’s outlet flows out from it. He kneels on a pedestal with a design of mythical sea serpents and flowers.
Positioned on a two-part base, sleek in design and crafted from cast iron, displaying a beautiful rusty patina.
In a good original condition with characteristic traces of age and wear as it has been placed outside for more then 100 years. Some minor cracks and wear on the rim. Please have a look at the photos for a clear condition reference.
