Set 2 large square metal temple lamps

Set of two large square metal temple lamps, its four sides decorated with kiku, chrysanthemum flowers, cut out from the metal.
The lamps are standing on a base with petal shaped feet and have 1 revolving door, inside there is a place to put a candle or an electric lamp fitting.
The lanterns can be used as a hanging of standing lamp.
These original items have some old lamp oil remains inside. They are a little a little rusty and have a nice wabi-sabi (侘寂) feeling to them.
Overall a nice original set of lanterns which can be used inside or outdoors. Meiji period (1868-1912).
